As we finish for the Christmas break its great to look back and reflect on our year at Organic Blooms, as the business continues to grow and flourish!
We’ve had an amazing year, working with 28 trainees, some who have moved on to paid work and college. We always feel that we’ve done our job when this happens. We have also been able to employ more people within the business. New volunteers have joined us along with a new Florist for the growing season.
The flowers have been great this year and we provided beautiful floral creations for around 30 weddings, plus our online business has continued to increase. We also had the pleasure of supplying Highgrove House with flowers from our wildflower meadow.
The highlight of the year was our invitation to a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace and Jo and Chris we’re delighted to represent Organic Blooms. The High Sheriff of Gloucester awarded us a sum of money and we attended a garden party at Highnam Court.
So much has happened and we would like to say a big Thank You to everyone who supports us. We feel lucky to be so well supported in our local community.
What will 2016 bring? A new website, more weddings, an NGS open day and more of what we do… but better!
