Create your own cutting garden workshop – Thursday 22nd April 2021

Time 9:30am – 4pm

Based at our own cut flower nursery, we have designed a jam-packed day to both equip you with knowledge and inspire you to start your own cutting garden or mini enterprise growing cut flowers.

We will cover a broad range of topics from what makes a good patch,  good soil husbandry and seed sowing, to best varieties to grow, plant establishment and maintenance, pest and disease control, when to harvest etc.

We teach from our experience of 20 years as growers and can give you lots of real examples from our site.  We cap our group sizes at 15 so that there is plenty of opportunity to have your questions answered.  You will go away inspired and equipped to get planting – we even supply you with a starter pack of transplants to get you started!

£150.00 inclusive of a cutting garden starter pack, detailed handouts and refreshments.  Bring a packed lunch to enjoy in our gardens!

Coronavirus Covid19

Organic Blooms is currently unaffected by the coronavirus Covid19 and we are running all our courses and workshops as usual. All of our groups are small and much of the activity takes place outside in the fresh air. We also encourage all participants to follow current guidelines on hand washing and catching coughs and sneezes.

Any participant who is unwell on the morning of the course of workshop should not come. If this is the case please email us and we will arrange for you to transfer your booking to an alternative course or workshop.
